Shipping conditions

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by express courier under the care of Biolife Pet Srl . Goods travel at the seller's risk. In the event of theft/loss of the goods, Biolife Pet Srl undertakes to resend the same product and, if it is unavailable and/or out of stock, the customer may choose an alternative product or the amount paid at the time of purchase will be fully refunded.

Delivery of products

Shipments are made on working days [by 12:00] and each contains:

Address indicated by the customer;
Invoice / Receipt;
Payment Type;
Goods.

Delivery times

Delivery times, from the time the order is processed, may vary on average from 2 to 5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen, the delivery location, and the availability of the goods. Orders will only be processed if the goods are fully available. Partial shipments are possible if one or more missing products are unavailable. The courier will make up to three delivery attempts.

Checks

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the package is intact and undamaged. If any anomalies are found (such as a damaged or damaged package), they should not accept the goods, complain to the courier, and inform Biolife Pet Srl. with an email through its online customer service.

Biolife Pet Srl guarantees the quality of its products provided they are stored and used correctly and with due diligence.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser to whom the invoice/receipt was issued.
Any anomaly found on the product must be reported in writing within the legal deadline at the time of the return agreed with Biolife Pet Srl .
Biolife Pet Srl will take care of it verify the validity of the customer's complaint and replace the product.
To exchange the product, you must attach the receipt or invoice, order number and date, and a precise description of the defect, in addition to the defective product.
The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must return the products intact in their original packaging and wrapping.

Withdrawal procedure

To cancel the purchase, the customer must notify Biolife Pet Srl within 14 days of receiving the goods , which will process the refund after receiving the returned goods.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any product that does not conform to the original will not be refunded.

Jurisdiction and competent court

This contract will be governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Taranto.
