Biolife Pet Srl cares about the privacy and data protection of its existing and potential customers.
We are committed to offering the highest standards of products and services. Therefore, we value each of our existing and potential customers and aim to maintain adequate protection of their personal data (hereinafter, "Data").
Biolife Pet Srl 's Online Privacy Policy explains how Biolife Pet Srl collects and processes your Data when you use our website or other digital platforms (hereinafter the "Platforms"), when you purchase Biolife Pet Srl products through our Platforms, as required by data protection laws in the countries in which we operate, such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 679/2016).

1. Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?
Biolife Pet Srl 's web platforms and the related data processing are managed/carried out by or on behalf of Biolife Pet Srl . All online sales in the e-commerce section of the website are carried out by Biolife Pet Srl as indicated in the applicable Conditions of Sale .

5. To whom can we disclose personal data?
Within the Biolife Pet Srl organization . To the extent permitted by law and taking into account the protection of personal rights and freedoms in relation to data processing, the data will be accessible only to a limited and defined number of recipients within Biolife Pet Srl , as described below.
